- Treat beadwork delicately – it is finely hand-stitched and deserves care.
- Nourish the leather – sparingly apply a natural conditioner, avoiding the beaded areas.
- Store with intention – in a cotton bag, never plastic, to allow the piece to breathe.

East African Delivery
All orders are sent via Wells Fargo Courier service
- Orders will be sent the same working day if ordered before 12pm and in stock
- Orders placed after 12pm may be sent the next working day
- Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday day will be sent next working day
- Standard delivery charge of 1,200ksh per online order
Overseas Delivery
All orders are sent via the best possible courier for the country, usually DHL couriers.

Returns Policy
We are sad you do not want to keep our products. Please email sales@urbanranchkenya.com with your name and order number to organise your return. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
All returns must be within 14 days from the order date. No returns after 14 days from order date will be accepted. No refunds are issued if returned products are found to be damaged or used in any way.

Once a we have received back the returned item(s) please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be given in Kenyan Shillings.
