Kenyan Delivery

All orders are sent via Wells Fargo Courier service

Where possible, all products displayed on our website are available for immediate dispatch. Orders being shipped to Nairobi are typically delivered the next working day.

As every Urban Ranch bag is handcrafted, there may occasionally be times when your chosen item is not immediately available. If this happens, your order will be given priority in our Studio and your bag will be handcrafted especially for you. We will dispatch your order within 8 working days of your confirmed order.

Standard delivery charge of KSh 1,200 per online order.

Free Overseas Delivery!

All international orders are sent via the best possible courier for the destination country, usually DHL Express service.

Where possible, all products displayed on our website are available for immediate dispatch. If your selected item is not immediately available, we will prioritise your order and handcraft your bag before dispatch. Your order will be shipped within 8 working days of your confirmed order.

Urban Ranch is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery of your order from Kenya. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by destination country.

Pick Up

Customers may also choose to collect their order in our Nanyuki or Gilgil store. Pick up details and collection information are displayed during checkout. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection. This again could be up to 8 working days should the item need to be crafted.
