Refund & Returns Policy

We are sad you do not want to keep our products. Please email sales@urbanranchkenya.com with your name and order number to organise your return. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 

All returns must be within 14 days from the order date. No returns after 14 days from order date will be accepted. No refunds are issued if returned products are found to be damaged or used in any way.

Once we received your return email please post the products back to:

Please note cost of return postage is at the expense of the customer.

Once a we have received back the returned item(s) please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be given in the currency the item(s) were purchased in and to the same account.
