- Shield from harsh sunlight – to maintain colour and texture.
- Keep dry – water may alter the leather’s form and finish.
- Gently wipe clean – with a soft, dry cloth.
- Treat beadwork delicately – it is finely hand-stitched and deserves care.
- Nourish the leather – sparingly apply a natural conditioner, avoiding the beaded areas.
- Store with intention – in a cotton bag, never plastic, to allow the piece to breathe.

Kenyan Delivery
Where possible, all products displayed on our website are available for immediate dispatch. Orders being shipped to Nairobi are typically delivered the next working day.
As every Urban Ranch bag is handcrafted, there may occasionally be times when your chosen item is not immediately available. If this happens, your order will be given priority in our Studio and your bag will be handcrafted especially for you. We will dispatch your order within 8 working days of your confirmed order.
Standard delivery charge of KSh 1,200 per online order.
Overseas Delivery
All international orders are sent via the best possible courier for the destination country, usually DHL Express service.
Where possible, all products displayed on our website are available for immediate dispatch. If your selected item is not immediately available, we will prioritise your order and handcraft your bag before dispatch. Your order will be shipped within 8 working days of your confirmed order.
Urban Ranch is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery of your order from Kenya. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by destination country.

Pick Up
Alternatively, order online and collect your purchase from either our Nanyuki Store or Gilgil Store in Kenya.
You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection. Where possible, orders are available promptly. If your item needs to be handcrafted, collection may take up to 8 working days from your confirmed order.

Returns Policy
We are sad you do not want to keep our products. Please email sales@urbanranchkenya.com with your name and order number to organise your return. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
All returns must be within 20 days from the order date. No returns after 20 days from order date will be accepted. No refunds are issued if returned products are found to be damaged or used in any way.

Once a we have received back the returned item(s) please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be given in the currency you paid with and to the same payment method.
