Delivery
All orders are sent via Wells Fargo Courier service.
- Orders will be sent the same working day if ordered before 12pm (EAT).
- Orders placed after 12pm may be sent the next working day.
- Orders placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent the next working day.

We are sad you do not want to keep our products. Please email sales@urbanranchkenya.com with your name and order number to organise your return. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
All returns must be within 14 days from the order date. No returns after 14 days from order date will be accepted. No refunds are issued if returned products are found to be damaged or used in any way.

Once a we have received back the returned item(s) please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be given in Kenyan Shillings.
